Manuscripts not meeting these criteria may be returned for correction before peer review.
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to an Associate Editor with relevant expertise.

The Associate Editor reviews all reports and makes a recommendation. The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
Accepted manuscripts proceed to production. Authors review proofs for final corrections prior to publication.
