  • Data Plagiarism: Using another researcher’s data without permission or citation.

2. Plagiarism Detection Process

All manuscripts undergo rigorous plagiarism screening using industry-standard detection tools.

  • Automated Screening: Similarity checks against published literature and web sources.
  • Manual Review: Editorial evaluation of flagged sections for context and accuracy.

3. Acceptable Similarity Threshold

Some similarity is expected in academic writing; however, the journal follows these benchmarks:

  • ≤ 15%: Acceptable if properly cited.
  • 15% – 30%: Requires editorial review and possible revision.
  • > 30%: May result in rejection or major revision request.

4. Responsibilities of Authors

  • Ensure originality of submitted work.

5. Consequences of Plagiarism

Before Publication:

  • Institutional Notification: In severe cases, affiliated institutions may be informed.

6. How to Avoid Plagiarism

  • Proper Citation: Credit all original sources.
  • Responsible Paraphrasing: Rewrite content in your own words with attribution.
  • Pre-Submission Checks: Use plagiarism tools before submission.

7. Appeals Process

Authors who believe their manuscript was wrongly flagged may submit a written appeal with supporting evidence. The editorial board will review the case and issue a final decision.
